Where are the products made from?

• We curate our products from Indonesian local brand and all products are locally made.

Can I purchase from overseas?

• Currently, purchase via website can only be in Indonesia. For overseas purchase, kindly contact our line at @lostandfoundshoppe (use ‘@’)

What is the product measurement?

• Product measurement is indicated on the product page of each product.

Do you have an offline store?

Do I need to sign-up for an account to order?

• Yes, please sign up in order to purchase our products. It would be more convenient for both of us to give the details of email address and shipping address. Every time you purchase our products, you will be more convenient to not retype all information again. 

I haven’t receive my order. My order has been late for couple of days.

Is my account information kept private?

• Yes, all information given to use will be kept privately and secured. We respect the privacy of our customers.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

• We cannot cancel or modify any orders. Please be sure to check your order before check out.

Why is my order cancelled?

• The maximum payment time for your order is 24 hours after the order has been placed. If the payment has not been completed, order will be canceled automatically. Please be sure to confirm the proof of payment to us after you have transfer the payment to us. 

How can I get my order confirmation?

• Order confirmation will be sent via email after you have placed an order. You are also able to check the order in our website after you sign in to your account.

Can I return or exchange my item?

• We don’t allow any return or exchange. All items will be checked for its quality before we send the package to our customers.

Will you restock sold out items?

• Kindly follow our instagram account or add our Line account (@lostandfoundshoppe) so we will update you directly if there are any updates on restocking items. 

Can i pay with credit card?

• Yes, you can opt for payment with credit card via MIDTRANS when you purchase over IDR 500,000 (coming soon).

How much is the shipping to my city?

• Kindly check the JNE website (www.jne.co.id) for shipping cost details.

  We are currently having promotion for free shipping up to IDR 30,000 to all cities in Indonesia.

When will you ship the items and how long it will take?

• We will ship the items Monday – Friday after payment confirmation is done.
• You may check the duration of shipping via JNE website (www.jne.co.id).
